The site is currently under development so please bear with us while we work on the various components.

The purpose of this site is to give you access to information about the three services provided by the Joint Board:

Electoral Registration
Valuation for Council Tax
Valuation for Non-Domestic Rating

The site also contains information on how we conduct our business. Here you will find information on how we have performed against targets and our plans to improve the service.

We also aim to develop this site to allow you to interact more efficiently with the Assessor and Electoral Registration Officer. In doing this we will work in conjunction with the Scottish Assessors' Association Web Portal which is designed to give a single point of access to all Assessors and EROs in Scotland.
