Due to Covid restrictions The Robertson Centre is currently closed.

Notice of Public Inspection of Unaudited Accounts for 2020/21 is available to view here

As part of our annual canvass, and following changes to the law on how a canvass may be conducted, we will be sending a number of emails from the Government notifications website. (https://www.notifications.service.gov.uk/) These emails will start arriving from 7th July 2021.

These are legitimate emails sent by RVJB and are designed to make it easier for the recipients to reply to our annual canvass process while saving both postage and processing time. This service also allows recipients to confirm their registration with a few clicks instead of creating a paper trail

We hope you find this a more convenient way to interact with us.

However if you have not supplied an email, paper canvass communications will be posted from 21st July 2021. Please look out for these important communications.

Welcome to Renfrewshire Valuation Joint Board's Website.

The purpose of this site is to give you access to information about the three services provided by the Joint Board:

The Valuation Roll is a public document which contains entries for non-domestic properties in the Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and Inverclyde area. Each entry includes the names of proprietors and occupiers and the Rateable Value which has been set by the Assessor.

Council Tax is payable in respect of each dwelling, dependent on the Band shown in the Valuation List. The Assessor is responsible for placing the banding on all domestic properties within the Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and Inverclyde Area.
